↓ Below is a summary schedule of our Chickfest weekend

Saturday, 06/13/2026 → Meet at Adams Falls Park and Ride

These times are subject to change due to weather. Please check in your notifications for any updates.

8:45am // Canyon Leader Check In
Meet together in at the steps before starting the trailhead in the west parking lot. You will see the leaders gathered there.
9:00am // Wheels UP, Meet and Greet/Gear Check
- Wheels up means we are all ready to walk out the door. Your canyon bag is packed with everything you need for the day including rappelling gear, food, water, etc.), your clothes are on, your shoes are on, you’re ready for a great day!
- We will check in together as a group. Each participant will be checked by a leader to ensure you have all the gear you need for the canyon.
  - Please talk to Hosts if you need to rent gear
9:30am // Depart Trailhead
- Yay, its time to go!
10:00 am - 4:00pm // Workshop & WaterFalls!
- Our trailhead is just a quarter mile up the trail
- There are vault toilets at the trailhead but not at the waterfall.

- Our day could end earlier or end later, depending on canyon conditions. </aside>

9:00am // Wheels Up + Team Check In
- Wheels up means we are all ready to head to the canyon.
- We will check in together as a group. Each participant will be checked by a leader to ensure you have all the gear you need for the canyon.
9:30 am // Depart Trailhead
- Yay, its time to go!
9:30am - 2:00pm // Rocky Mouth Falls
- Our trailhead is just a 20 minutes up the hill
- There are NO toilets at the trailhead.

- Our day could end earlier or end later, depending on canyon conditions and pace of our groups.
- Once your group has exited the canyon and made it back to the cars, you are free to depart. Before leaving, please
  - If we carpool, make sure you are not leaving with anyone’s equipment (or keys, purses, etc) in your car. Make sure you have not left any vital items in someone else’s car.
  - Make sure you have returned any gear rented from the Chicks (give this to Hosts or Charleen)
  - Return any equipment you borrowed or carried for someone else during the canyon (directly to that individual)
  - Check out with your group leader or event host. This helps us ensure that everyone has safely exited the canyon and returned from the day’s activities. </aside>
